hello,ive got a 9.9 gamefisher model 225 581998 engine starts great , runs good, problem is when in gear and at idle prop spins good but when you raise rpm feels like prop disingages,ive checked shear pin and its good.. question is is there a clutch that might not be fully locking up??thats...
