Hello fellow boaters, I have a 1983 Mercury 40hp motor. I rebuilt and cleaned the carb, Put new spark plugs in, removed fuel pump and replaced diaphragm and gaskets, new fuel hoses, fresh gas, new pump bulb from gas tank, and the motor will not stay running unless I continue to pump the bulb...
