I have a 1997 Bayliner Capril 17' that the wiring for the motor tilt rusted and fell out. I cannot figure out how to take the throttle off so I can get into the rocker switch and put the wire back in. I had to install a rocker panel elsewhere on my boat in order to tilt up my outboard...
