I had a 90 hp 2000 model Merc stolen from my Sylvan 22 ft pontoon. they used bolt cutters to snap off the control cables at the engine. I have the desire to do things myself but, I lack the knowledge pertaining to how to replace the controls and how hard it would be to change engine brands...
