    Help! 1979 115 Johnson motor starts and dies

    My motor was running today then suddenly died and was very difficult to start in neutral again. When I was able to get it to idle, dies as soon as I put into drive. Currently it starts and dies in idle with even muffs on. Any ideas? Primer ball is tight, in neutral, etc.
