    I have a 4.3L OMC How do I test for voltage at the trim/tilt motor? Do I unplug the wire harness and test each wire with my voltmeter? I've alredy checked the solenoids and they are OK. (my outdrive is stuck down)

    OMC outdrive stuck down!

    I have a 4.3L OMC Cobra and my outdrive is stuck down! I replaced the "UP solenoid" and it still just clicks when I press the up button. I have cleaned all connections on the battery and the solenoids, and have 12.73 volts in my battery. Can someone out there please help with what I should do...
