    Well I painted the inside of the boat with epoxy primer and 2k poly. Turned out fantastic. Was not concentrating on the floor. I sprayed the primer , sprayed 1 coat of 2k and rolled the top coat with 2k.

    If I spray epoxy primer on my gunwales? ,the inside sides of the boat .Would I be better to spray 2k poly or would tremclad be ok with the hardener ?

    Thanks, the run is 7 feet under the deck. The boat had minimal foam on the side where the fuel fill and vent hose were. Conduit is a good idea.

    What do most of you do when poring foam where your fuel lines are? Wrap vapor barrier plastic around the lines?

    I am looking at picking up a 5.0l that has a cracked block for parts. The manifolds seem to be wet joint in good shape. My Motor is a 1986 and the donor motor is the 2000 .

    I have an Alpha 1 gen 2 bell housing and gimbal . I am sure it was not original on my boat . The boat has 8 holes in the transom. The gimbal has 6 studs. My question is should I order the other 2 studs for the unit , or just install it as is.

    Well another beautiful day for glassing. Started wrapping my stringers and finishing the fuel tank area. I hope to get the fuel tank in today. Then my engine mounts .

    PB is peanut butter , cabosil and chopped up fiberglass strands or milled fibers , mixed in your resin.
