    04 4.3 gxi Doing research on oil. Is marine grade full synthetic required?? I've always ran wolfshead in my my mercruisers with great luck this is my newest engine though just checking. I just purchased this boat and cannot read the writing on the oil cap any longer please help.

    It's the cobra and I need to test still with an actual light. that's just going off the gauge I'll try to verify further this week.

    Recently picked this boat up needs some cosmetic work. Currently has a 15x17 3 blade aluminum prop. Seems a little slow out the hole with 5 people and a full tank of fuel and i want to pull tubers so it will be worst. Once out of the water the boat runs great. Original owner always used it...

    Best I can tell the fuel is pouring from there. It's definitely not the oil lines. Hope to pull the flywheel for inspection this weekend.

    1990 90hp merc 2 stroke. Fuel leaking from below flywheel. I haven't got to disassemble yet to see exact location. Does anyone know if any helpful materials on this job. I know the flywheel etc has to come off using a puller. Thank in advance .
