I'm working on getting an old Sea King 25hp manual start motor running. I've put in new points condensor coils and impeller. How can I tell if the impeller is pumping correctly. My '77 evinrude 6hp has a tell tail (pee hole). Should I see water coming out somewhere? Is there a thermostat...
