    1986 Evinrude XP150 Bogs on take off

    My XP150 stalls and bogs when I take off from idle on my 18' bass boat. Top end is fine, once I get going. Engine and carbs recently rebuilt. Any suggestions on causes for low end bog? It's extremely annoying. :(
