    Battery voltage on kill wire

    I have read in numerous places that there should not be battery voltage on the black/yellow kill wire.<br /><br />Mine does not have volts in the RUN or STOP position, but it does have battery volts in the START position.<br /><br />Is this also wrong?<br /><br />Ken
