I have Mercruiser 260 with Alpha on a Thompson Daytona 225. A few weeks all worked well. Recently I have not been able to get the boat to plane. I noticed that I can only get 3200 RPM. Other than this everything seems fine with the engine. No rattle no backfire, starts first time everytime...
