    1977 evinrude 85 hp tilt and trim

    So the tilt and trim works on my boat but is really slow and doesnt really stay up. From what I have read on here its either low on fluid or needs to be bleed. I feel like I can handle it but need a little more direction on what I need to remove to fill it.

    So I bought this boat the other day. They guy told me its mixed 32:1 but everything I have read says 50:1 or 40:1 what is the real answer? Is running 32:1 bad? Sorry I am a newb and dont wanna mess this up.
