    Have a 2004 MSX-150 jetski . Wont go full throttle. Runs fine at half throttle but thats it.Replaced System Module, PPU interface module,PPU and throttle body. So not sure what else to look at? Anyone had anything like this on a jetski? Its a Polaris. Thanks

    Thanks for the help, thats one of the problems with this style of carb no adjustments on carbs. I went back through the carbs again, will try starting it this morning. Thanks again

    Ok tried around 1000 idle. Still the same thing. Like i was saying it will idle for a sec or 2 then dies. If i keep hitting the choke right before stalls it will go back up to idle speed. Well run fine at full throttle. So not thinking fuel problems but idle acts like fuel problem.

    Motor has 120 compression on all cylinders. Has new plug wires and plugs. Yes it jumps that and more. Thanks

    Have 150 Johnson 1984. Runs great and ildes fine for a few seconds then dies. Rebuilt carbs. Have removed oil injection system so running mixed fuel. Run great last couple of years until carbs gummed up. But never really idle very well back then either. New fuel lines fuel filters. New primer...

    Code 1109 60hp 4 stroke

    Hello have a 60 hp mercury 4-stroke. Has code 1109 keeps coming back. The electric fuel pump doesn’t receive any ground from the ECU. Fuel pump relay is good getting 12 volts to fuel pump. Have replaced fuel pump and relay. Im think the ECU is bad. Anyone have any thoughts Thanks Mike

    Yes acceleration pump working. Its new all the gaskets are new. Float new and adjusted to spec. All passages are clear. Timing advance is working. I rebuilt the carb. Sorry I didn’t mention that its a new carb. Never worked right from the start. I know orifices dont wear.

    Update!!! Put everything back new with OEM. It started so using automobile parts its the best thing to do. Thanks for the input !!

    Put everything on new again, except coil. Have one coming. Yes everything checks to be ok. I have another boat here with same system it all checks the same as this one im working on.

    Purple wire should be the only power going to the coil? Correct? Unless you have a tach and gray wire will be hot.

    Good morning, ok i have disconnected the purple wire and white wire. Still no spark. Put another new module on this morning with another new rotor. Still nothing!! Im getting parts from part store they probably fit a car engine would that make any difference? I see all the time other people say...

    Yes I contacted the two wires together. Its oem HEI . Just don’t understand,it’s simple system.
