    KICKER MOTOR (what size and length ) HELP!

    Boat is a 1989 starcraft sfm 180 .18 ft aluminum. I have an adjustable bracket mounted rated up to 20 h.p . The transom at that spot measures 20 1/2 " .long shaft? Short shaft? I fish lake st clair use primary for emergency motor and maybe troll but splashwell is so deep its a 4 ft...
