I replaced the impeller on a 2 stroke 5 hp tohatsu outboard. When everything is assembled, the shifter won't come out of reverse. The shift rod an coupler move all the way; but, the shift rod coming up from the lower unit does not. seems to be stuck in reverse.
Any help will be appreciated...
