I had the motor in last year and they replaced the fuel pump, checked the compression, replaced the spark plugs, and adjusted the timing. First time out it ran great ( gas is new ) until at full throttle there was a small knock and now the fastest it runs is at 1/3 speed at wot. It starts ok...
