i have a johnson 1976 70 hp engine that idles fine but when i put her in gear she sputters and shuts down the only way i can get her to go is to gun it from the neutral position this has to be something simple right?
just got new carbs on the motor but the engine will only run with high idle switch in the high position when i put in down the engine stalls any suggestions??? :confused:1976 evinrude 70hp
