I came across an old Elgin 2 stroke outboard motor, its a 7 1/2 horse power. I am trying to figure out what the fuel/oil ratio should be. no one I have talked to knows anything about this motor. I can't find a plate on the motor to find out the year or anything. i'm guessing its late sixties...
