    Where does this connect?

    I have a 1986 Yamaha 40hp 2-stroke tiller outboard. I recently replaced my cooling impeller and noticed this 1/8-3/16" tube next to my shifter linkage connection point. It wasn't connected and I don't see anything to connect it to? It connects to the gear case directly in front of the shifter...

    '88 Johnson 30 HP Tiller Outboard

    On the end of the tiller, there's the kill switch and next to it, inward of the kill switch, there's a round knob. Does this control anything?...on a previous Outboard that I owned, this controlled fuel mixture ratio...lean or rich. Was not sure about this model Johnson.

    1988 Johnson 30 HP Fuel Pump ?

    My always trustworthy '88 Johnson 30 outboard began having fuel issues shortly after installing a fuel/water separator. After some simple troubleshooting, I found that my fuel pump wasn't delivering the fuel to my carb. I have fuel supply at the inlet, but the outlet to the carb is bone dry...
