I recently purchased an '05 BF40 and having problems with it. As I throttle back to idle (but keeping it in gear) when the throttle is completely down, I get some rattling from the clutch for about 5 or 6 seconds before it smooths out and the noise quits. Several dealers attempt to explain this...
