I have a 1976 Johnson and it starts and runs great untill you hit the gas to take off. I throttle easy and the thing will go but if you hit it hard it does not die but it bogs down. I have rebuilt the carbs and the timing is right. I think it may be the carbs out of time but I do not not know...
