I have a 35 HP Viking, I beleive it is mid 60's. The motor seems to run well in neutral however when I put it in gear it is very sluggish and then cuts out. It seems like the flywheel on top gets tight when this happens and I have to manually move it to get the electric start to work. Any ideas...
