    Steering cable replacement

    I have an 18' Wellcraft with an Evinrude 140. It appears as though the steering cable has frozen and I beleive broken in the tube that engine tilts on. When I remove the nut where the cable connects to the engine the cable pulls away from the engine but the part on the other side of the engine...
