I bought my first boat with this engine. And it starts and runs with muffs on. But in the water it bogs down and has no go. Wot will hit 1200. A couple times it will start to pick up. Hit 2200 rpm but it took a while. I put new gas in it Not sure what else. I bought it from a younger guy...
