Anyone have any ideas on this one? I'm pretty mechanically savvy but this has me stumped. I have a 2001 60hp mercury 2 stroke. It runs great, idles good, starts fairly easy. You can idle around no problem, and it cruises good. But if you cruise for a mile or so at a decent pace I'll call it 50%...
