    My CS is about 1k # with me on it. Upper 20's easy, 25 hp 2 stroke merc. It's now waterlogged (probably 300# in the hull...) and compression is down to 100# on both cylinders. Still 26-7 mph with just me.

    That's listed as a freeze plug drain on lt engines from what I'm seeing. Definitely isn't the standard drain. Port and starboard are the same size, ¼" npt I think. If it's somehow a threaded core plug you're probably fine. Maybe post a pic of where it came from.

    Don't know if I missed something, but the pic is of your intake manifold drain, not the block drain. Hopefully you got the block drain
