    not sure which prop

    I recently bought a 16 ' tempest tri hull with a 55 hp Evinrude motor on it. It currently has a 11 3/4 x 17 prop on it. When I had it in the water at full throttle was hardly moving. Is this the right prop or is it another issue?

    I recently purchased a boat with a 1976 55 hp evinrude motor. When I ran it in the driveway (with earmuffs) it started and seemed to idle really well. I put it in the lake yesterday and found that it ran well except when I was at full throttle the power was not there...still ran smoothly just no...
