    Depends on the app. If the phone or tablet has GPS, the app will use that. I use Navionics, in conjunction with our Garmin plotter. I've had Navionics show shallow water hazards that the Garmin didn't show. Weird since Garmin owns Navionics. Another option is Aqua Map.

    @San_Diego_SeaRay , A trick I used to install the Speedi-Sleeves on an axle is to take it the PVC pipe section of a hardware store and find either a pipe, and possibly a fitting, that will help drive the sleeve onto the axle.

    Rewind the strap around the drum so it comes off the bottom. Worry about getting it against the stop next time you launch, unless you plan on doing a long drive in its current position.

    You need the bevel from a counter sink bit to be deep enough so the OD of the screw threads initially contacts fiberglass and not the gel coat above it.

    That’s the same dipstick part number for my 302, though I don’t have the dimples. I believe my oil tube goes to the port side of the oil pan. For oil I use Rotella T4 15w-40.

    A pressure switch is very different than a pressure sensor/sender. A pressure sender has a strain gauge, piezo sensor, or some other means of measuring strain on a diaphragm to convert into an electrical resistance. A switch just opens or closes a set of contacts.
