I sometimes have difficulty starting my 2000 model 115 Johnson outboard. I hold in the choke for 6-7 seconds, then turn the key. This doesn't always seem to work after the boat has not been running for a week or more. What am I doing wrong?<br />Do I hold in the choke in the off or ignition...
