    2004 Evinrude 115hp EFI water squirting under engine cover

    Just repowered with this 115hp Evinrude which after a few weeks of use had a non-start issue. Turns out there is a small nipple on top of the block on the starboard side that is shooting water out of it. It ended up shorting out the 20amp fuse in the holder.     I'm looking at buying a boat with a 2002 130hp Honda with 1,500hrs. Production number: BZBE-1200373 Head casting number: BEBE-1012220 Black marker year on block 1/29/02 He production number falls in te range but what about the head/block numbers? Worth buying a boat with this motor or not?
