My buddy has a 9.9/18hp 4 stroke, remote, not sure of year but the hood is gray. Last year he started having problems of it not shutting off, 99% of the time he had to disconnect the fuel line to shut it off. He has checked for loose connections and grounds being off, nothing. Everything else...
