Did maintenance on cleaning carbs, rebuilt fuel pump and new impeller and gaskets for water pump. I synced the carbs and adjusted idle screw as stated in manual. The problem is I hear a light ticking noise by fuel pump and with a load the motor won’t go past 1200-1500 RPM. It lugs out and dies...
