The new 25 hp Johnson I bought in summer '02 has coughed/sneezed at idle since the day it was first run. Even at speeds above idle, though not at full speed. Seems to be a chronic trouble for 2-stroke outboards, though the 1995 15 hp Mercury this motor replaces never exhibited this problem.<br...
