    2005 90 2-stroke outboard, won't rev at full throttle

    Outboard underwater, coffee colored oil. What to do?

    Yesterday, my 6hp Nissan 4-stroke outboard went underwater for about a minute. I don't know the year of the outboard, i would guess 2004.
