    1975 Mercury 9.8 Ho hard to start

    Hello. Compressions test top 125psi. Bottom 115psi but still difficult to start. New plug. The right one. Fresh full mixture.. once started run well. It's just starting from cold? What can I try next? Thank you.

    mercury 4hp two stroke impeller

    help please. have fitted new impeller the old one shreaded retrieved all six blades from the old one.flushed engine fresh water good water flow.fitted new pattern impeller.impeller lube added.when i run the engine i get steam,water,steam,water overheats in 15 mins please advise.thanks.:
