    1993 Mercury 115HP please help

    The motor is a 1993 ELPTO 20in 4cylinder 2 cycle 115HP Mercury with a 13 pitch prop. I rebuilt the fuel pump, water pump, and carburetors. I also replaced the coils, spark plugs, and leads from the coils to the spark plugs. The serial number on the motor is #0D212485. I don't know what is wrong...
