My motor is stuck in the full up tilt position. The tilt motor works in both directions. The locking bracket is disengaged.
Opened the reservoir for the fluid and nothing ran out. Tried to loosen the screw on the side to release the tilt, but I cannot turn the screw. Any ideas?
