g'day i have a tohatsu 15hp 2stroke.i think mid 90's model M15A ser#51590.lost all spark tested plugs both ok.put electric drill on flywheel ran at high speed and spark returned.ok for 2 weeks or so then died again.will not spark by hand cranking only with the drill.not good at electrics.would...
