    Ayuh,..... Step #1 is to drain the oil, 'n look for debris in it,..... The lack of shiftin', could possibly the lower shift cable, or related parts,..... So step #2 is to pull the drive, 'n inspect all the shiftin' parts,.... Don't worry 'bout buyin' another drive, til ya diagnose yer's,.....

    Ayuh,...... Welcome Aboard,...... There should be a 50 amp breaker on the top or side of the motor, it's got a red reset button on it,..... There's also a 90 amp fuse block on the starter, where the battery wire comes in,..... It's a little 1/2" square affair,....
