I have a 2002 Mercury 30hp elpto 2 stroke outboard that suddenly developed a serious flooding isssue. I’m pretty sure it is the carb but it is strange that this all came about after I changed the squeeze bulb and fuel hose. The old fuel hose connection to the motor side was sucking air around it...
