    Having purchased a 225 j/son which now has 90 hrs on the clock i have already fitted a new p/pack and two coils,sometimes the alarm goes off with a continous tone sometimes with a manic beeping,im at a bit of a loss with the thing,it propels a 25ft speedboat i only rev it to 4000-4500.<br /><br...

    Any assistance gratefully recieved<br /><br />i have a johnson 225hp bought new in 2001 which has developed a fault.<br /><br />The alarm sounds continously<br />and the motor (which only has eighty hours on it) will only rev to 3000 revs and only fires on one side this problem only develops...
