    Mariner inline 6 timing

    Have a question regarding 1988 inline 6 115 hp mariner. Everything is set. Dial indicator finding tdc then .464 then pointer aligned with .464.... cam arrows aligned. Wot cranking set at 21° btdc which will be 18° running. My issues is primary at 6°atdc. Two questions. Should this be set running...
