    prop pitch on a sea ark boat

    I have a 1998 sea ark zx 180 with a 115 johnson, it has a 14 x 19 pitch prop now but at wot it is only running at 5200 rpms. Do i need to go down in pitch to maybe a 14 x 17 or do i need to increase the pitch? Thanks for your help! Jon

    1998 115 spl johnson waterpump question

    How difficult is it to change a water pump on a 1998 115 johnson? I have read a few post and have decided to do this myself. My question is do you remove the bolt that is in the top of the shaft ? I can see the pin, do i just remove this and slide over and remove bolts? Thanks jon
