I have a 1991 40 horse merc with electric start,power tilt and trim.When I start the motor there is an alarm that sounds when the motor turns over.Once the motor starts the alarm is suppose to turn off.Right now it does not turn off when the motor is running.Is this a low oil float stick issue.
