    2000 Mercury 50 HP 2 Stroke 3 cylinder

    Just replaced voltage regulator and the voltage while engine running is only 12.8 volts. As I increase engine rpm to 3000 it goes to 13.5 volts. I am thinking the the stator is going bad as to not charging at idle. Anyone have any other ideas?

    I just bought a 2000 Mercury 50 hp 2 stroke 3 cylinder motor that didn't have the regulator installed. Can someone direct me to where I can find a wire diagram to install the new one? Maybe a pic? I know the grey goes to tach, two yellows plug in, but I have no idea where the red wires go. I...
