    86 mercury 8 hp 2 stroke

    The motor runs great but doesn't gain full speed at full throttle right away. It takes about 3 to 5 min then it will open up to full speed. After that it will be fine the rest of the day/night. Could this be spark plugs? Or to much oil mixture?
