Have an Evinrude outboard. It says four fifty starflite on the cowl,serial # 50514-09826, its a 4 cyclinder with a magneto style ignition system thats belt driven off the main flywheel(crankshaft).Previous owner has carbs removed and said they wont run due to defective reed valves.Need to know...
