I have a 1957 Evinrude fastwin.I have rebuilt the carb,new plugs&wires,new coils,points,condenser. The motor seems to run best at high speed when the fast jet is almost closed(just cracked ) or leaned out. As I slow down I must richen the fast idle to transition back to an Idle. All this takes...
