I have a 2009 2 stroke 50hp mercury outboard. Last fall with just me in boat ran fine but all of a sudden when I added another person it wouldn't go over 5k rpm and wouldn't get up on plane, (5500 is max). Waited till spring and after a few weeks it wouldn't even get up on plane with just me...
